Our Company
Artel’s mission is to ensure the integrity of laboratory test results for our customers in thousands of life science, pharmaceutical, clinical and forensic laboratories worldwide that depend on our technology, products and services.
Our people – through their innovation in technology and their focus on helping our customers tackle their most critical challenges - are making significant contributions to the speed of development of pharmaceutical products, the dependability of clinical diagnostic results, the validity of forensic tests, and the containment of health care costs. We are fortunate to be involved in an exciting, growing, and challenging field – and are gratified that our world-class efforts have put us in a leadership position.
Artel calibration and verification systems set a global standard for accuracy, precision and ease of use. These products utilize advanced technology to validate and optimize the performance of laboratory instrumentation such as automated liquid handlers and handheld pipettes, and to measure and confirm the volume of laboratory samples (see Genetic Engineering News http://www.genengnews.com/gen-articles/measuring-volume-changes-in-screening-plates/5623/ ). Artel value-added services, known as the most rigorous in the industry, are key ingredients for our customers in their quest to optimize laboratory quality, compliance and productivity (see the recent Artel blog http://www.artel-usa.com/on-the-frontlines-of-personalized-medicine-and-more-a-peek-into-what-happens-in-a-pharmacogenomics-lab/).
