Job Description

Growing midcoast healthcare practice seeks financial coordinator for Rockport and Belfast offices. Ideal candidate is skilled at accounting, detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, tech savvy, and health-conscious. He/she has the ability to multi-task, prioritize, appropriately handle confidential information, and support multiple functions within team. An accounting degree and/or accounting work experience with some college course work is preferred. Successful candidate must have experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and be able to type 40 wpm. Hourly wage offered commensurate with experience and qualifications. Essential Tasks Accounts payable Accounts receivable Bookkeeping and records management Financial correspondence management Management of delinquent accounts Expense report processing Insurance correspondence and processing Development of financial reports and presentations Contribution to office management, coordination of day-to-day activities, and development and implementation of marketing strategies such as school visits Lifting up to 40 pounds Other tasks as needed Application process requires a background check.
