We are currently looking for experienced administrative assistant/legal assistant to work for the firm’s Portland, Maine office. Law firm experience preferred but not required.

The Successful Candidate Will
Have an aptitude to work with a variety of computer software and client systems.
Have experience with or ability to learn various file management and junior paralegal functions; willing to train the right candidate in these skills.
Be organized with an ability to prioritize work and meet court and client deadlines on a high volume of files.
Be able to multi-task effectively with a great attention to detail.

Responsibilities Will Include
Processing incoming and outgoing mail
Photocopying and scanning
Organizing and transferring important legal materials
General office duties, including tracking and ordering supplies
Hours are 9:00am-5:00pm Monday thru Friday
