Job Description

Professional financial services office seeking part time receptionist/administrative assistant 4 hours per day M-F. Applicant must have prior office experience, strong computer and organizational skills, competency in oral and written communication, pleasant phone manners, accuracy in basic math, and the ability to manage multiple duties effectively. Background check with fingerprinting is mandatory. Professional appearance required. Paid holidays, paid vacation, retirement plan, opportunity for advancement. Duties include:

  • Multi-line phone system
  • Outlook calendar management
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Paperwork and check processing
  • Electronic data management and records storage
  • Client liaison
  • Team support
  • General office
