**Job Description:**
Responsible for the operational design, coding, and execution of Account Management Platform data for the USCC and/or Consumer Lending products.
Responsible for existing and new batch data processing and automation for USCC data.
Works with Credit, Risk Strategies, and Enterprise Technology groups to devise solutions for data management and delivery.
Analyzes process flows, platform design, decisioning code, strategy waterfalls and other process documents - to drive improvement changes for the business.
Acquires and analyzes information from databases to code, test, and perform pre and post-release of strategy processes.
Strong attention to detail and the aptitude and desire to work in data-based environments is required. Data is sourced through numerous platforms using basic-to-intermediate SQL/SAS skills that can be learned while in the position.
Required:
*** Ability to write, interpret, and data mine the results of queries in large data environments (Oracle and Teradata experience required) using software and reporting tools, such as SQL (2+ years experience required)**
* Intermediate level skills of Microsoft office, specifically Excel and/or Access
* Working knowledge of how account management platforms work - controls, inputs/outputs, etc.
* Demonstrated communication skills with partners - written and oral
* Satisfactory presentation skills
* Demonstrated organizational skills
* Demonstrated partnership skills - the desire to work in a team-based atmosphere that focuses on project success and enabling coordinated improvements.
* Strong problem-solving-skills
* Desire and willingness to learn necessary skills to acquire and interpret information from large data environments using software and reporting tools
Desired Skills:
* Knowledge of BLAZE, ICDP processing
* SAS programming experience for data importing, exporting, and formatting.
* Knowledge of data platforms for USCC. (i.e. DB2, ICDP, Bacardi, W, Hadoop)
_Enterprise Description:_
_Responsible for performing complex analysis and modeling. Utilizes a variety of systems including, but not limited to Excel, Access, Visual Basic, SAS, and InfoQuest at an intermediary level. Provides analytical support on various strategies to ensure company goals are met. Coordinates the production of performance reports and updates for senior management. May utilize established databases to provide statistical and financial modeling. Analyzes portfolio trends, concerning risk, loss trends, marketing performance, portfolio dynamics, and bureau scoring criteria. Will participate in the rollout of company-wide pilot programs developed as a result of programmed models. Duties primarily include the regular use of discretion and independent judgment. 2-5 years experience preferred_
